Toshiko Coffe table

The expressive Toshiko coffee table is a small masterpiece of metalworking. The tabletop is modelled in wax by hand to duplicate the lines of a solid slice of tree trunk. The casting is then made using this model. During the processing of this cast, the surface is finished with a patina. The two sizes of Toshiko can be slipped inside one another for a very elegant look and make an eye-catching table decoration for opulent couch designs. For cleaning the surface no abrasive microfiber cloths should be used; a soft, slightly damp cloth is ideal for this. Red wine and other acidic liquids can damage the surface and should always be wiped off immediately.
