Lino Sublime Rigato

It’s the world of an explorer who’s back home, and is reminiscent of distant, exotic lands, a world that is a mix of various influences but also of scenes from the past. A red diamond-shaped pattern harks back to the vibrant colors of Africa and China, and in the softer tones is a chic and elegant version of the 70’s style. A motif that hails back to classic old gratings becomes a surprisingly modern print with an Uzbek Ikat effect, as well as purged, understated and monochromatic. The patterns and coordinated solids are transfer printed on linen fil posé, which helps to soften the print effect, in the same way that time covers our memories with an evanescent film.
