Concepto
Inspired by Suprematist compositions, table KAZIMIR by Philipp Mainzer features a bold mix of geometric forms and materials. Focussing on a distinct construction, the tabletop made from solid European oak or walnut rests on a centre base in powder-coated steel, allowing for various interpretations in private and public spaces. Available in a range of standard as well as custom colours, the frame features a characteristic refectory table construction, which provides stability for tables up to 3600 MM and generous seating at the table ends. KAZIMIR is also available in a "RAW" version, featuring solid wood boards with a width of up to 250 MM exposing the brushed natural edges of the tree.

Philipp Mainzer
Germany
Born in Germany, Philipp Mainzer studied product design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, and architecture at the Architectural Association both in London. In 1995 Philipp Mainzer co-founded the modern furniture brand e15. Having established the progressive, enduring philosophy and unique branding of e15, he has received international awards for many of his designs, which are identifying icons for e15 and part of several permanent exhibitions in museums. Parallel to the creation of e15, Philipp Mainzer practiced architecture in New York and continues to do so since his return to Germany in 2001. He is a member of the executive committee of German Design Council and regularly gives lectures on architecture, design and branding. Philipp Mainzer is creative and managing director of e15 and his architecture office.
