Pil es una colección inspirada en el objeto simbólico de la suavidad, el cojín: generalmente visto como un accesorio, el cojín se convierte aquí en el protagonista, conformado y adaptado para dar forma a una silla que comunica comodidad y relajación.
Los componentes principales de Pil son el cojín del respaldo y el cojín del asiento. Este último tiene un pliegue en el medio, creado para generar un efecto envolvente que enfatiza físicamente y visualmente la sensación de suavidad. La base tiene patas de metal con una disposición particular de las barras transversales, para crear un efecto gráfico original. Disponible en las versiones Pil, Pil up (con respaldo alto), Miss Pil (con apoyabrazos), Miss Pil up (con apoyabrazos y respaldo alto), Pil too (taburete) y Pil armchair (butaca).

Born in Padova in 1977, he found Hole Designstudio in 2009 in Padova, Italy. He graduated at Scuola Italiana Design and specialized by participating in workshops for Rollerblade, Fila, Whirlpool, Alfa Romeo, Chicco, Roncato, Alessi. In the first part of his career he deals with avant-garde design, exhibiting projects in several national and international events. Later he devoted himself to the design of objects in the home and contract design, creating products for prestigious companies (like Pedrali, Bonaldo, Bosa, Gaber, Roche Bobois, Plast Collection, Normann Copenhagen). Published by major design magazines, he appears in the book “The New Italian Design” and is selected by Interni magazine for the special “New Talents” section of the King Size 2011 edition. In 2012, he launched the “Smooth Plane” brand on the occasion of the Milan Design Week (Superstudio space), and for the Milan Design Week 2013 he presented the “Stuf Design” brand, with an exhibition in the Triennale Design Museum. In 2015 he won the Interior Innovation Award, the IF Gold Award and the Good Design Award with “Basket Chair”. In 2018 he wins the Good Design Award again, with the product “Blanket”. Since 2018 he has also been a teacher at the Scuola Italiana Design.
