To reproduce the bark design in a particularly authentic way, multilayer poplar wood is used. Using innovative surface and laser treatment, SUN WOOD gives the wood three-dimensional, natural indentations and a dark brown to caramel-colored grain.

At SUN WOOD, we collect the world's most beautiful woods and surfaces and reproduce them faithfully and sustainably on various wood substrates. This is how we make extraordinary designs like rust, bark or asphalt available for versatile interior design projects!
Using 3D large format scanners, the surfaces are digitized and then authentically recreated on domestic wood using innovative printing and surface technology.
