Concepto
Frametable is back as the protagonist of the Alias collections to illustrate the company's ability to combine stylistic lightness with cutting-edge technology.
Created in 2003 from an idea by Alberto Meda to reduce the elements that make up the traditional table, eliminating the frame and fastening the legs to a self-supporting aluminium honeycomb top, frametable has over time become a best seller in the Alias collections.
Thanks to the technological research in which the company has invested since its origins, it has been possible to develop a new system of tops in extruded aluminium that allow the table to be used in the outdoor version, without compromising its design identity and aesthetic image.
The table tops of frametable outdoor are made of five extruded aluminium slats, which are as thin as possible and have a cross-section that allows them to be attached to the legs in a completely invisible manner, structurally increasing the load-bearing capacity of the table top.
Spaced out to allow water to drain away, the slats are fixed to the die-cast aluminium support structure that characterises the entire collection.
Available in lengths of 190, 240 and 295 cm, frametable outdoor is available with a matt lacquer finish in various colours.
A new, technological and extremely light table that completes the Alias outdoor proposal.
