3M™ Nomad™ Optima+ Closed Construction

Aluminum profile mats for heavy use for the simultaneous absorption of coarse dirt, fine dirt and moisture. Nomad Optima + is suitable for installation in the mat frame. This entrance covering is individually made to measure and is available with a textile or rubber insert. Can be rolled up, therefore easy to clean.

3M™ Nomad™ Optima Matting + CC (CC = Closed Construction, closed structure) consists of a rigid, closed aluminum profile (profile thickness 1.3-2mm) for laying in the recessed mat frame, for entrance areas with high loads and footfall (> 5,000 visits / day). It has the high-performance textile insert made of nylon 2-fiber loop structure of the Nomad Aqua 85 series, which absorbs water and fine dirt and complements the wiping function of the aluminum. The aluminum profile spacing of 6mm guarantees optimal coarse dirt pick-up. A special rubber compound connects the aluminum profiles below the mat and also prevents dirt from getting into the mat basin. Fire behavior according to EN 13501 / ISO 9239-1: (Dfl s1 with Normad Aqua 85 textile insert and Cfl s1 with rubber insert). Slip resistance according to DIN 51130: 10-2010 (R11 / V10 for Normad Aqua 85 textile insert; R9 / V10 for rubber insert). The textile insert with nylon 2-fiber loop structure is available in the colors black, gray, brown, blue. Optionally available with rubber insert.
