The letterbox is made entirely of V2A stainless steel, polished. The very high quality workmanship and the well thought-out concept make this flush-mounted letterbox our top seller. A rain drainage edge for optimum water protection, a continuous rubber lip for quiet insertion, the solid interchangeable name plate, a practical mail retaining bracket and the very robust lock are the distinguishing features of this flush-mounted letterbox. The flush-mounted frame made of stainless steel V2A is equipped with a foam rubber seal and guarantees a very long service life. The letterboxes in the BASIC Plus collection are characterised by the consistent use of stainless steel V2A. The result is a very high durability and sustainability. The design has been developed by our own engineers with a view to high flexibility or modularity, simple spare parts assembly and uncomplicated self-assembly. Camera or intercom preparation We recommend that the electrical installation is always carried out by an electrician. We offer the preparation of cameras & intercoms from various manufacturers for our letterboxes. The preparation does not include any terminal devices, it is the provision of the screw mounts, drill holes & perforations. So that you can mount your terminal device without any problems. Water protection To achieve optimum water protection for your mail, the letterbox or letterbox system should, if possible, be located under a canopy. Mail is only protected from water if it is completely inserted in the box and the insertion flap is closed. Mail that is not completely inserted allows moisture and dirt to penetrate the letterbox. It is therefore necessary to plan sufficiently dimensioned letterboxes for the upcoming demand. In certain extreme weather conditions, water may nevertheless enter (according to DIN EN 13724 up to 1ccm). This is not a reason for complaint.
