Sweetgreen, Brooklyn

Good food and good values align with organic and local food purveyor Sweetgreen, a gourmet salad chain whose commitment to sustainability and supporting local communities made for a seamless partnership with UHURU. For Sweetgreen's newest location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, UHURU outfitted the restaurant with tables and chairs adapted from our Summer Snow line, with interior contributions including custom millwork right down to the menu holders and waste receptacles. Using Reclaimed Oak and Steel, the materials and store design of Sweetgreen's Brooklyn outpost uphold the same core values as the food.
