At the Davoserhof in Davos Platz, the Swiss national dish fondue is given a new setting. The restaurant was converted into a fondue pop-up with a lot of colourful boldness and a sensitivity for the existing structure. It has become cosy in the so-called Piz Piz. In the Stübli, rustic pine wood now meets surreal cloudscapes. And next door there is loads of British racing green, young art from all over the world and a wild winter garden with a view up to the Jakobshorn. And if you like, you can let the cheese simmer in a mini-box in good company and discover a refreshing collection of Swiss icons all around. Pfeffermint is responsible for the complete conception, planning and implementation on site - and that in a record setting five weeks from project start to opening.
