The Quin Hotel

The Quin Hotel NY. Project: Perkins Eastman, 2013. A luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Manhattan at the intersection of 57th Street and Sixth Avenue.
The restyling of the hotel, designed by Emery Roth in the early 20th century, has turned the previous rather ostentatiousness design into an elegant and restrained contemporary composition of materials, furnishings, colors and coverings that make it a go-to destination in the Big Apple. The hotel has 200 rooms, a restaurant, spa, convention center and permanent art gallery. Assignment: sliding wooden doors for the room interiors.
