La Riggiola
The Hotel La Minervetta was built in the 1950's and overlooks the fishing village of Marina Grande in Sorrento, Italy. When it was restored in 2006 the owner decided to maintain the original Mediterranian design language and decided to fill the hotel to the brim with our handpainted tiles from Vietri Sul Mare, in a tasteful mix of both monochrome and decorated designs. La Riggiola's handmade glazes and tiles provided La Minervetta with a chance to customize their interior even further, and enabled them to have a truly handcrafted feel to their own choices of patterns and colours.
The result is a perfect mix of Mediterranian culture combined with the modernist take already present in the original 1950's architecture.
