Bernini²

Ceramiche Keope, reference company in the production of porcelain stoneware floor and wall time, has contributed, with its collections, to the tiling of the Bernini² project, a unique, eclectic and refined place at just a stone's throw from the city centre of Turin.

Bernini² is a real estate intervention that is truly unique: the project is based on the renovation of an existing historical building, the Villa, and the construction of a new block, the Tower, where contemporary living can be experienced to the full. Work on the Villa begins with renovation of the existing construction, which dates back to the early 20th century and which was refurbished in the 50's by Mario Asnago and Claudio Vender, two of the most interesting and refined representatives of Italian Rationalism.

The project is based on the combination of architectural expression with eco-compatibility. Bernini² offers entirely self-sufficient residences and guarantees the reduction of consumption in compliance with the energy performance certificate. The residential units are all equipped with the most innovative technological solutions to reach the highest possible standards of comfort. Top quality finishings and sophisticated energy systems, along with the use of the most advanced materials, have allowed the building to obtain an energy class A rating, which attests to an excellent quality of living; in this context, Ceramiche Keope collections combine the aesthetic excellence and technical performance that are essential especially for contract projects.

The Code and Edge series are alternated on the ventilated façade built by GEOS ITALY. Code, which draws inspiration from the purity of natural stone and from the intensity of concrete and with its original underground appeal, has been chosen in its 60x120 size and Ivory colour; Edge, a collection which reproduces, in a truly fresh and unique manner, the patterns of weathering steel, steel, concrete and lead, has been chosen in its 75x150 size and Silver (lead) colour.

Other collections of the K2 paving system have been chosen for the balconies and outdoor pathways. In particular, the following collections have been used: Point in its Sand colour and 45x90 size, which, by virtue of its natural stone effect, offers a strong character and dynamic patterns; Cypro in its Grey colour and 40x120 size, which recalls the appearance of ancient stone and decorates outdoor spaces with a natural appeal; In&Out Percorsi Extra in its Pietra di Barge colour and 45x90, characterised by a truly contemporary mood.
