Conviviality, colour and warmth are at the heart of this project, located in a town of ancient origins. A holiday home designed to be open and welcoming, with large openings to connect the rooms.

Lazise is a small town on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, with picturesque features and a long history of ties with the Scaligeri family. Recognizable by the imposing presence of the castle and the surrounding walls, it has become a popular tourist destination in recent years, especially appreciated by foreign tourists.
This is where Villa Collivo is located, a new accommodation facility built according to bio-construction techniques and designed for those seeking comfort and well-being in the midst of nature. The landscape from the residence is impressive to say the least, with a wide view of the lake, its crystal-clear waters and the fishermen's boats bobbing in the small harbours.

The residence is surrounded by a large garden with a lake-view infinity pool, which in turn is surrounded by an estate planted with vines and olive trees that can be admired from each of the five spacious independent suites - Acqua, Foglie, Cielo, Terra and Sabbia (Water, Leaves, Sky, Soil and Sand) - located on the first floor. Each suite has its own unique layout, with en-suite bathroom and custom-made or restored furnishings, and all together they can accommodate up to 16 guests.

The interior design of Villa Collivo is characterised by a careful and studied use of colours, which give each room a personal and distinctive atmosphere, with no fear to be daring with hues and patterns.
This study of colours has led to a different characterisation of the two floors of the structure, which welcome and host different moments of the day. On the ground floor, where there is a large dining room, a kitchen and a living area with a fireplace, warm, bright colours dominate, creating a fresh ambience full of liveliness and vitality. On the night floor, on the contrary, cooler and more sober tones prevail, ranging from light blue to deep blue, from green to brown and beige, natural tones that communicate with the outdoor landscape and recall the blue of the lake and the green of the trees.
Throughout the building, the furnishings are composed of modern antiques and contemporary pieces made to design, that offer an elegant and refined environment in which to experience a magical atmosphere. Every detail is taken care of.

The large spaces of the facility allowed the project to create flexible rooms, suitable for accommodating groups of friends as well as large families. In line with this flexibility, the solutions for flush doors Syntesis line by ECLISSE made it possible to install hinged and sliding pocket doors that are perfectly functional but with minimal aesthetic impact.
In the living area, ECLISSE Syntesis Line flush-to-wall pocket doors, without jambs, made it possible to have an open, seamless environment in which the doors truly disappear and the rooms communicate with each other as a single, fluid and welcoming space. Furthermore, the frameless satin-finish glass sliding doors, positioned in strategic doorways, allow natural light to illuminate the rooms even when the doors are closed, with elegance and lightness, closing without ever really separating.
On the night floor, on the other hand, ECLISSE Syntesis Line Battente hinged doors give access to bedrooms and private bathrooms. The lacquered panels with their essential lines fit perfectly into the interior design without interfering, respecting the minimalist yet personal style of each room.
