The challenge was to renovate five existing shopping malls built in the early 1990s, at the same time. This required an operation of over 400.000, sqm GBA, with the non-stop activity of the tenants.

“Otradnoe, Yasenevo, City Mall, Goodzone and Schukino” was to develop a contemporary, functional, and economically effective solution.
A corporative design for all the facades, including more than 38.000 sqm, created a unique design for the same company, which was compatible for all the projects due to prefabricated elements that accelerated the construction with accurate cost control.

The main intention was to create a new, global image inside and outside the shopping centers.

Some of the main goals were to provide good visibility of all the shopfronts, easy navigation for the customer, and a comfortable circulation.

The operations were located in the main entrances, malls, and common spaces. This proposal creates a welcoming environment, encouraging people to come and stay.
