Fenice I 2574

Dining tables from Zanotta, Designed by Piero Bottoni

Product description

Table. Numbered piece. Frame in Polimex®, covered with acryl finish concrete resin with protective nanotech stain-resistant treatment, in the shade of grey.

Concept

Thanks to the designs supplied by the namesake Archivio, 2016 sees the re-edition of the Fenice table designed by Piero Bottoni in 1936 for Villa Muggia.
The actualisation of the Fenice required a lot of research to determine the most advanced technology necessary for the realisation of a project bearing such large volumes yet which would still be easy to move. To be a table thus suited to contemporary needs, Zanotta chose cement resin for the surface that reproduces the physical nature of the original design, and Polimex® for the internal structure.
