Concept

Melange is the art of designing between worlds. In her new collection for Wittmann, Monica Förster has created a “world in between”, populated with beautiful pieces of furniture and other objects that were seemingly designed independently of each other, but complement and strengthen one another. Her style is neither Scandinavian nor Italian, neither minimalist nor opulent. In the tradition of Josef Frank and free of any dogma, the Melange collection strikes the perfect balance between tradition and modernity, handcraftsmanship and precision engineering.
