Perigallo

Stools from Sancal

Product description

Concept

Love of the land

The word “Perigallo” is taken from a local Spanish dialect. It is used to describe a three legged ladder used to harvest local fruit. Domínguez, García & Ibáñez borrowed this traditional idea and given it a new use. Sancal’s Perigallo is a stool that can be folded away when not in use, making it ideal for hosts who suddenly find that they need more seating.

The structure is ash and can be stained in any of the colours in our collection, and the seat can be upholstered in any of our fabrics.

Sancal Studio
Sancal’s creative team is composed of highly experienced professionals including Juanma Domínguez, Rafa García and Juan Ibáñez. After winning an award (CETEM 2013) with Balda a shelf made from recycled cardboard, they have come together to design the Perigallo, their first commercial product for Sancal.
