Product description

The BAY LOUNGE seating system allows for many different configurations thanks to its straight or curved modular modules. The supporting structure of BAY LOUNGE is made of a transverse steel modular beam and adjustable feet. Seats and backs are made of birch plywood with polyurethane foam padding and upholstery in Pelle Frau ColorSphere leather or fabric. For added customization, center and end armrests can be added in MDF with polyurethane foam padding and upholstery to match the seats. Available accessories include rectangular side tables of different sizes, round top table, and an additional electrical outlet.

Concept

The result of the close ongoing collaboration with renowned London-based studio Foster+Partners, Bay System offers a flexible and durable seating solution that can be easily configured to suit the diverse needs of travelers at airports, train stations and other transportation facilities. The two different set-ups - BAY Gate and BAY Lounge - are designed to offer different levels of ergonomic support and privacy during waiting times, always in the name of comfort, technological innovation and craftsmanship.
