Once a year we plan to add two new rugs to our ARQUI collection. The basic idea is to get inspired by abstract architectural images from unknown places and spaces. The first two designs have been created as a collaboration between PWtbS and our friends at Ouur Media (the people behind Kinfolk magazine). These limited edition, architecturally inspired, thick weaved rugs, are ideal for a snug childhood space or a teen’s private room. They can even grace the walls of a living room or foyer, boardroom or bar. The heavy texture helps to transform the acoustic signature of any environment, whether they’re hung on a wall or spread on a floor.
All the pieces in this collection are hand-woven in India by master artisans who have perfected their skills through generations.
