Alto Maestrazgo is an area of the province of Castellón (Spain) of high scenic and
environmental value, very close to Peronda’s headquarters. It is an area associated with large rural farmhouses known as “masías”, used to run arable or livestock farms. One such building struck our attention due to its portico. Its wooden door - painted years ago and worn by the weather, passage of time and history - is the star feature of this collection. BENTON is inspired by the wooden boards of that door, which were scanned and digitally worked on to produce over 28 different patterns, without
relinquishing one iota of the wood’s original appeal. Available in two different formats (20x122.5 cm and 91x15.3 cm), it also comes in two colours: blue and black.
