Quadrat Cuboid 20

The Quadrat Series is a line of wood lattice tables that explore the simple and elegant form of the grid as a three-dimensional object. The name “Quadrat” comes from the German word for ‘square’, the formal building block of the lattice structure. Its distinctive design is in the lightweight yet strong wood construction of its open grid geometry. The Quadrat Cube 20 acts as a side table while the larger Cuboid 20 and Cuboid 47 serve as coffee tables.

The Cube and Cuboids work together with a variety of discrete tabletop objects that plug directly into the Quadrat grid. These interchangeable tabletop pieces are offered in the form of a glass puddle, a mirror-polished brass plate, an intricately carved oak tray, and hand-thrown pottery pieces. Each tabletop piece is custom-designed by PELLE and made to order by local artists and artisans.
