Product description

Poetic poppy shaped table object with round irregular base and stem in stainless steel, flower in steel. Two different sizes. Signed under the base.
Flower finishings: red RAL 3020 lacquered steel, polished stainless steel, polished brass.
Notes: every piece is hand crafted, therefore it is unique.
Sizes: flower diameter cm 8, height cm 47. Flower diameter cm 9, height cm 57.

Concept

Fragility and stability, lightness and solidity: those usually antithetical terms, Papaveri Delicati (Delicate Poppies), seem to be able to co-exist as in all the other creations of Gherardo Frassa. Small metal sculptures, table flowers that never drank. Design objects that, on the one hand, represent flowers in all their lightness and fragility, on the other hand they are supported by solid materials and tangible realism.
