The multifunction built-in oven is equipped with a touch control panel and a Pyro-grey enamel cooking chamber. The special composition of this light grey, nickel-free enamel reduces the toxicity of the materials in contact with the food and enables the cooking chamber to be cleaned easily.

The sets of fully removable telescopic slides that facilitate the use of the trays and the oven in general, while the soft-closing hinges allow the door to be closed gently with a small push, slowing down the impact without having to use your hands. The oven door, which includes 4 hypothermic glass panels, ensures a reduced temperature (45°C) on the external glass also during the self-cleaning cycle (460°C); it also has a safety lock.

The oven has 15 cooking functions as well as an automatic cooking function with pre-selected adjustable recipe bank (weight, temperature and cooking times): the oven sets itself by making a selection on the touch screen. A personalized recipe can be created by starting with the pre-loaded recipe and recalibrating the time, weight and temperature.

Multilevel cooking is available with the ELF063TC oven: the internal temperature remains unchanged throughout the oven and the fan system ensures that the aromas and flavours of the different dishes do not become mixed. The main benefit is the ability to cook foods simultaneously that require different cooking methods thanks to an oven that self-regulates the cooking times.
The BOOST function allows the preselected temperature to be reached quickly, while the CLEAN function enables an assisted cleaning cycle.
A heat probe is also available to measure food temperatures electronically to ensure that roasted meats and other dishes are cooked the way you prefer.
