Form expands
It started with the idea of the perfect chair, and since Normann Copenhagen launched Form in 2014, the series has expanded into the range of possibilities that were a key part of Simon Legald’s vision. In a new brood of Form additions, Normann Copenhagen introduces frames in chrome and black wood, a rocking frame in walnut and a café version of the Form table.

When Normann Copenhagen and Simon Legald developed Form, the vision was clear: To create a timeless chair offering impeccable balance between comfort and expression. The design had to be flexible, so that it could easily and seamlessly be adapted to various kinds of frames. After countless models and tests, in addition to a specially designed cup fixing, the foundation was laid. The Form series has been expanded on a continuing basis, and with the latest addition to the family the possibilities for customising the perfect chair have become even greater.

Shiny chrome or matte black wood? The new frames offer very different expressions, which can be diversified further depending on the choice of shell or upholstery. The frames are available for both chair, armchair and barstool. Additionally, the Form rocking frame in walnut is introduced, so that an elegant and dark version of the modern rocking chair can rock into the home.

As an addition to the new frames, the Form table gets a good-sized little brother in the shape of a smaller café table in three different heights. The tables, of course, are adjusted to the Form chair and the two heights of Form bar stools, so that they complement each other proportionally. The Form café table is particularly well-suited to the decor of bars, restaurants, lobbies and receptions, but will also work perfectly in a kitchen’s little eating area in private homes.
