FLATFRAME
Furniture like a user interface...
FLATFRAME provides the perfect setting for personal objects: Be it an iPad, diary, design magazine, favourite pen or smartphone: In this handy, virtually two-dimensional, piece of furniture with a height of merely 2.5cm, every object is sure to find its fixed place. FLATFRAME serves as a resting station for mobile terminal equipment: Virtually invisibly, a multiple socket for Euro plug charging devices has been integrated into the coated, multiplex-laminated wood frame. Additionally, the coloured, powder-coated rear panel turns the space-saving object into a magnetic memoboard.

The foldable working surface of the optional front frame has been coated with high-quality linoleum, thus turning FLATFRAME into a functional and back-friendly working surface at standing height. The front, which has been individualised with own images, hides a tidy mini office behind one’s favourite motif. Alternatively, FLATFRAME can also be delivered with a classic white front / working surface: When the workstation is not activated, it all but disappears in front of a white wall, thanks to the slim depth of approximately 4.5cm in total. Depending on the height of the assembly, this version can be used either as a standing or seated workstation.

Despite the slim dimensions, all versions of this entirely novel furniture typology offer storage space for some truly important things. In so doing, they also contribute to bringing some order and structure into the complex everyday life. FLATFRAME succeeds in creating a compact workstation where there is no space for conventional carcass furniture. Therefore, it is ideally suited for tight passages, bedrooms and the kitchen. With FLATFRAME, weekend houses, holiday apartments or a hotel room can be extended inconspicuously, thereby offering an additional functional purpose. The FLATFRAME front frame is available in white with birch edge and also lacquered in 14 standard colors.


FLATMATE
Fountain pen meets tablet pc
When closed, FLATMATE has a floor area of just 0.09 m2, therefore making it probably the smallest fully equipped bureau on the market. Due to its slim depth and sleek, unobtrusive exterior it transforms long hallways into home offices, offers an intimate place for writing letters in the bedroom or serves as a temporary workplace in a weekend home as required. FLATMATE makes practical use of such remaining spaces, which are unsuitable for conventional furniture; due to its compact dimensions this reinterpretation of the bureau is ideal for mobile living users. An integrated flexible interior with storage space for traditional writing utensils and tablet-pc and Co. combines the features of a classic type of furniture with the new forms of networked living and working.

Complemented by a Bluetooth keyboard (not included) it turns the mobile tablet PC into a stationary ergonomic workspace with integrated power supply; mobile phones can be charged inconspicuously when the work surface is closed. The glare-free lighting and concealed plug hole are put into operation with the elegant 1,30 meter long black textile cable: plug ‚n‘ work Behind the side flaps there is space for two 8cm wide standard-sized files, a 17“ laptop including accessories and CDs or similar; if required one of the flaps can be provided with a lock.

Wall mounting with v-strip
The bureau is affixed to the wall at the back in the upper area with the help of a V-strip with just 2 screws. By attaching it to the wall there will be a 10 mm wide shadow gap between the wall and bureau; i.e. the total depth of the bureau is just 132 mm.

FLATBOX
is the flexible solution for every working height. It is the ideal solution for every working height. In the nursery, as a sitting workplace or even as a standing workstation - FLATBOX offers the highest comfort. The FLATBOX is affixed to the wall at any height with the help of a V-strip with just 2 screws. Later you can easily adjust the height by relocating the V-strip. The FLATBOX like the FLATMATE is available in white and black with nature edge or lacqured in 14 standard colors. The interior fitting of the FLATBOX is equal with the FLATMATE.
