Public spaces are meeting places. Hot Shot's design takes up this topic as a metaphor. Two flat steel bands cross, part, and run upwards and come together again. This is a product line for places where people meet. Its unusual shape lends these places something unmistakable. Hot Shot consists of a stool, a seat for wall mounting and a table. The seat of the stool is covered in black rubber, which gives it a soft look and an unusual feel. Thanks to its rounded edges, Hot Shot is suitable for use in schools and on playgrounds. To match the rubber, the frames of the stool and the table are available in RAL 9011 graphite grey. The tabletop is white and consciously provides a strong contrast. It is made of HPL, a material that consists of 70% cellulose and 30% melamine resins. Its surface is resistant to most common solvents. This way, scratches can be removed almost completely. The metal parts are made of hot-galvinised steel. They have a high-quality coating with a slight metallic pattern. All elements can be replaced individually in case of damage due to vandalism.
