PETIT PAPILLON ÉCRAN

The PETIT PAPILLON wall light is an art object in itself on every wall. The reflection of light on the rear side of the glass beams onto the wall, the edge of the glass is satinated to create a homogeneous light surface on the wall.

The timeless design of the PAPILLON wall lights is additionally emphasized by the element of the back plate. It turns the PETIT PAPILLON into the PETIT PAPILLON ÉCRAN.

Écran is french for canvas. The backplate being this "canvas" on which the minimalistic and pure beauty of the PAPILLON wall light design is revealed with all clarity.

Through the fine materiality and simple elegance of the new “backplate” the iconic design of the PAPILLON sconce receives an even more distinctive charisma. The light reflections on the wall develop a unique light play that accentuates the classy compactness of the wall light.

The PETIT PAPILLON ÉCRAN creates a harmonious unit of minimalistic design elegance and a sensual language of light that enhances every ambience.
Customized solutions like variations in size are still possible.

You can choose from more than 10 different finishes for the sockets and backplate of the wall light. From "dark bronze" to "high-gloss nickeled chrome look" to "antique solid brass": the many options ensure that PAPILLON wall light fits into any ambience and can develop its very special charismatic radiance.

THE PAPILLON ÉCRAN family has protection class IP44 and is suitable for damp rooms such as bathrooms and outdoor shaded areas.

These multifunctional wall lights offer two different light effects: diffuse light from the glass and an upward or downward reflection with multiple rays of light. Optional with a honogenious light arc. Especially well suited for bathrooms, mirror lighting, in hallways, in home cinemas or as a dining room appliques.

The lights can be installed with the glass facing upwards, downwards or to the side. Actually only available with white "quarz" glass.
We are pleased to support you as client, interior designer, lighting designer or architect to develop your lighting installation.

Power supply or dimmers can be supplied in: 1-10V, DALI, PWM or analogue-technology. Power supply and dimmer to be installed external, we deliver only SELV-conform power supplies. Can be delivered with integrated power supply IP 20, dimmable with leading edge dimmer - Controller / switch to be provided by client.
