Dining tables from Magazin®

Product description

ERIK – a versatile table frame, convincing in its stability. Here comes a stainless steel version – for those who want to know it exactly: It is made of V2A chrome-nickel steel, material number 1.4301, and acid-resistant. The steel frame features the excellent design you already know from the coloured frames. Eight steel square tubes screwed together crosswise at the corner points build the frame. Since the legs are flush with the corners, the frame creates plenty of free foot space under any tabletop you may place on top. You can use ERIK indoors and choose the dimensions of the tabletops without many limitations, resulting in a wide range of variants for a table: with an overhang on one side or all sides (as in a format of 220 × 90 cm, for example) or with the tabletop flush with the outer edges of the frame (in the format 148 × 78 cm) or even recessed, with the node construction then exposed (in a format of 140 × 70 cm). Tabletops are not included, and you are free to combine the frame with a top in the material and size of your choice. For this purpose, we recommend the linoleum tabletops from our range. With the top with Douglas fir battening, specially developed for ERIK NIRO, the frame ERIK NIRO becomes a weather-resistant table for outdoor use.

ERIK is ideal as a frame under work tables, studio tables or dining tables. The bolted connection of tabletop and frame also enables temporary use wherever you may need an additional work table or presentation space at short notice. With a flick of the wrist, you accomplish a quick change of location as well. When you disassemble the frame, the tubular parts make storing in a space-saving manner easy.

Dimensions: W 147 × D 77 × H 72 cm

This tabletop is made of solid Douglas fir wood; the wood comes untreated, planed on both sides and with chamfered edges. The top fits especially to the table frame ERIK NIRO and turns the stainless steel table frame into a weatherproof outdoor table. To provide for easy handling, the special construction in board design is in two parts. When connecting the board firmly to the table frame, you find the necessary screws made of stainless steel included in the delivery.
