Janus | Shelf, pigeon blue RAL 5014

Shelving from Magazin®, Designed by Ran Mo

Product description

Like its namesake, the Roman god, JANUS marks entrance and exit, for example, providing the mirror in the hallway for the controlling look before you are leaving the house. Likewise, it has a shelf ready for storing your utensils when you are returning home. The small furniture with two uses has a steel body, is easy to assemble and is equipped with shelves and hooks. Angled towards the mirror sheet, the lathy shelf creates the space you need in the hallway for smartphone and key ring, notepads and bag contents. JANUS is a project of the Chinese designer Ran Mo. It was part of the project "Von Drinnen nach Draußen" (From Inside to Outside) of the art college Hochschule der Bildenden Künste Saar. MAGAZIN was involved in the Saarbrücken project, and brought the product, in collaboration with the designer, to series-production readiness. Thus it found its way into our product range.
