Liberty

The LIBERTY bin consists of 24 steel EN10111DD1 fascias, which are curved on the central part with a radius of 1447,8 mm and then welded to two solid laser shaped rings in steel EN10111DD1, T. 10 mm. At a height of 397 mm, is fixed a reinforcing fascia in steel EN10111DD1, 50×3 mm. At the base of the bin is welded a pressed box in steel EN10111DD1, 420xh20 mm, T. 15/10, which has a galvanised steel EN10346Dx51D+z, container inside, T. 10/10. On the upper part of the internal container there are 2 oval holes which act as handles, dimensions 120×60 mm. The container itself is reinforced by a border h 10 mm and w. 5 mm, in order to contain an elastic rope, D 10 mm, to fix the waste sack. At the base there are 4 holes, Ø 10 mm, for the ground fixing with appropriate bolts.
All the elements in steel EN10111DD1 are cold galvanised and polyester powder coated.
