Epingle Stripe is a soft and durable upholstery textile with a deep texture, created by the acclaimed fashion designer, Paul Smith. The fabric features multicoloured cut and uncut loop and pile stripes, which are constructed with epingle and velour bindings. These combine to create a rhythmic play across the surface of the material.

The fabric is available in five colours. Each offers a versatile combination of many different shades, ensuring that Epingle Stripe fits a variety of different interiors. The scale, which emphasises Paul Smith’s signature playful use of colour, includes natural tones such as forest green, earth brown and chocolate, as well as accent colours like gold, lilac and orange. Made from cotton, Epingle Stripe is extremely soft and comfortable, making it ideal for soft seating in residential homes. Unlike any other fashion designer at work today, Paul Smith has managed to combine a flair for eccentric detail with a dedication to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This has made him one of the most successful fashion designers in British history.
