Concept

Spooler’s delicately coloured surface and sculptural volume derive from a spun yarn, which combines cotton and polyester fibres wrapped by a fine metal thread. The curtain’s variegated lines in subtly contrasting colours come from the injection dying technique: here the dye penetrates the fibres in tonal shades, ranging from white to full colour. As a result, Spooler offers an exceptionally lifelike yet puristic and fresh play of colour nuances.
