Compact shape, precise measurement
All the main sensors for the collection and evaluation of meteorological data are combined in a compact shape: This is the new JUNG KNX weather station with built-in bus coupling unit. Its main area of application is automatic, weather-independent shading regulation for façade protection that has now been made even more secure and convenient. The shading of individual façade segments is of course possible as well.

The collection of a total of 12 meteorological parameters characterises the device. Wind speed, wind direction, brightness in four directions, darkening, global solar radiation, precipitation, relative/absolute humidity and air pressure are reliably measured by the built-in sensors. A GPS/GLONASS receiver for date/time and an astro-function to determine the position of the sun optimise the features of the weather station. It is thus not necessary to set the time manually.

The weather station will be installed with the associated fastening arm at the installation pole. This ensures optimal collection and measurement of the weather data. Optionally, the weather station can also be mounted on the façade via the fastening arm.

The JUNG KNX system offers a big plus in convenience, security and economy both in private dwellings and commercial construction. All the house functions and numerous multimedia functions can be networked together and controlled centrally with the KNX intelligent building system technology. The visualisation and evaluation of energy consumption, the Smart Metering, can also be implemented easily with KNX technology. The function of the individual components is determined by their programming, which can be changed and adapted at any time. What this means for the user is a convenient and flexible form of building technology that can be customised to meet his or her individual needs.
