Floating | Premium Uva e Mirtilli

Floating is a new decorative technique born randomly in our atelier, thanks to a mistake. Francesco and I were working on a four-handed decoration and by mistake we used a backing on which some water-repellent had splashed before. All of a sudden colours started to float with lightness and as if it was a game, we guided them till they got fixed. Unexpectedly, they started to open up in some areas, creating an effect that we liked since the beginning. It may happen that extraordinary things are born from mistakes. Sometimes we can guide apparently negative events to our advantage, we could be surprised by the results. Live life lightly following your instinct flow, creating that image of you that you have always been dreaming about. Maybe it will not be as you expect it to be but it will be beautiful anyway.
