Concept

The sleek, uncomplicated profile of the Gab Lounge is inspired by the masters of Danish Modernism. Designer of the lounge chair, Dennis Marquart interprets his heritage through a modern day lens – creating a chair that is sensitive to the past while delivering a contemporary aesthetic. Suited for reception and front-of-house settings, the Gab Lounge offers a moment of relaxation, welcoming you to the workplace.

The lounge chair invites you to sit, ponder and ease into your environment, giving comfort as the arms of the chair support curves of the body. The refined woodwork of the frame, accompanied by a slim seat and back creates a striking silhouette, bringing glimpses of the surrounding interiors through its open frame structure.

Using few materials in its construction, the lounge chair is formed of solid oak and upholstery offering a strong and durable lounge chair to complement a range of refined and sophisticated settings. With leather or fabric as upholstery options, and a choice of black stained oak, smoked oak, or white pigment oiled oak, the Gab Lounge offers a choice of finishes to match various aesthetics – whether it is a light calming interior or one that exudes richness of colour.
