Founded in 1971, Takenaka furniture and fittings, produce interior architecture elements such as shoji and fusuma sliding doors, traditional windows frame, and other Japanese traditional wooden claustra fittings for interior architects, architects and decorators. This kind of work is called Tategu in Japan and are typical of the Japanese interior aesthetic. Not only wood, they work with washi paper, or glass panel to create modern and sophisticated interiors
