Concept

Eye-catching interior design to suit any space, large or small, perfectly adapted to meet any requirement of fluid living.+ This is the Skyline sofa, created by Carlo Colombo and available in a variety of configurations. From mini to maxi, this modular sofa can be reconfigured time and again, and also accessorised with end-pieces, which act as armrests for lounging and enhance the design’s versatility. The stylish simplicity of this sofa conceals a cutting-edge feature seen in Giorgetti collections for the first time: a mechanism that allows the headrests to be reclined for the ultimate relaxing experience.

The Skyline collection by Carlo Colombo is completed by a collection of seven low tables in a variety of polygon shapes and sizes. Made of metal, with sophisticated contrasting tops in wood, marble, crystal glass or leather, these can also be used at the rear of the sofa, permitting a range of aesthetic and functional compositions.

Although decidedly contemporary, Carlo Colombo’s stylistic interpretation abounds with historical references. This design oxymoron is revisited in the new Skyline cabinet. In walnut canaletto wood, with the elegant top also available in several types of marble or leather, the cabinet features a stunning herringbone marquetry on the doors. With this project, Giorgetti once again demonstrates all the skills of its master craftsmen in interpreting décor through the refined art of cabinet-making.
