Chair with high or low back, with the base in solid ash wood available in five finishes: natural (fin.96), anthracite grey (fin.93), ash grey (fin.68), walnut painted (fin.2N) and dark painted (fin.67). The seat and the back have a structure in Polimex (composite polyester/polyurethane material) and the padding is in expanded polyurethane, covered with fibre. The upholstery, in fabric or leather, is completely removable and it has a special leather insert along the piping.
Concept
The sensuality of the shapes of the Ala chair by Umberto Asnago can be found in the simplicity of its lines. Once again, the idea of a chair seduces the designer's imagination and stimulates his creativity. In a discreet yet effective play on contrasts, the structure of the legs is in gently shaped solid ash, while the slender, sinuous, light back and the seat are padded and upholstered in fabric or leather. Designed to complement the Blade table.
