Concept

For her Parrot collection, Jette Scheib is expanding her colour palette, inspired by the parrot. "I am fascinated by the diversity and cultural influence in basket design. I felt the need to highlight this colourful and expressive side of basket culture. Using traditional weaving and folding methods, the colourful abaca combines geometric weaving with a circular shape.
