Concept

The windblown landscape in northern Jutland has inspired the Lønstrup chair, where the superfluous details have been pared away to leave the bare essentials. A bit like the landscape around Lønstrup on Jutland’s west coast, which has been popular with nature-lovers and artists for generations. The result is a chair that can stand alone or as a group to create a distinctive designer look in the living room, dining room or elsewhere in the home. The round legs and struts and the woven paper cord are reminiscent of various well-know designer chairs, yet the style is unmistakably contemporary.
