Rustica®Scratch | Historical Spruce

RUSTICA® SCRATCH
All wood types in the RUSTICA® series, as well as all CLASSIC noble woods, can be finished using the SCRATCH technique. In this, strips of noble wood with open joints are placed on the core board by hand before being brushed, affording the wood additional visual and haptic depth. When trimmed and laid parallel, the gap between the wood strips is approx. 1-3 mm wide. The joint bottom can be finished in black – BLACK SCRATCH – as well as coloured with blue, white or red – COLOR SCRATCH.
For historic woods we offer a natutal joint of 3-5 mm.
