Year of Launch: 2018
By name and deed, “SEI” (six) is kitchen furniture featuring tops, side panels, shelves and accessories in general just six millimetres thick. Created by Marc Sadler as preview at EuroCucina 2018.
Designed for active users, this is a ‘real’ kitchen dedicated to those who consider the kitchen a place in which to work and live, rather than a mere status symbol.
Distinguished by a combination of laminates and quality materials which create contrasts, it is versatile and, importantly, inexpensive. Thus, its ‘all laminate’ configuration (with a technological variant in Fenix) is transformed into a luxury version by using marble, elm wood, antiqued stainless steel, etc.

Concept
“Sei as in six millimetres, which is the thickness of tops, side panels, shelves and accessories... panels like blades; only Italian flair can achieve such effects. I juggled with materials and colours, mixing wood, marble, steel and laminate for a single purpose: to implement a simple but functional project with a wealth of super materials and interiors and the use of colours. All this was made possible by artisan traditions, attention to details and technological innovation.”
