Eyes Lounge Arm Chair

With a sculptural and expressive look, the new Eyes Lounge Arm chair is the latest addition to the Eyes collection. The chair almost embraces you, while encouraging ‘hygge’ (cosiness) and relaxation.

The Eyes Lounge Arm chair has been designed by the Danish duo Foersom & Hiort Lorenzen, who have yet again extended the Eyes collection.

‘With the new armchair, we have completed the Eyes family with a significant piece of furniture with a great visual impact,’ says Johannes Foersom.

A Natural Successor

The Eyes Lounge Arm chair is a natural addition to the family, after the successful launch of the Eyes Arm dining chair in 2016. The low seat and open arms of the Eyes Lounge Arm chair almost demand relaxation and ‘hygge’. Rounded shapes, buttons in the back and beautiful upholstery have become synonymous with the Eyes collection and this is certainly evident in its newest member.

‘Eyes is a product of our familiarity with EJ as a company. The collection utilises the company’s high level of craftsmanship and unique competences. Many other companies do not even get close to the technical quality that Erik Jørgensen masters with ease,’ says Foersom.

The Eyes Lounge Arm chair can be ordered with either a steel or wooden frame. Regardless of your choice of fabric and frame, the very comfortable Eyes Lounge Arm chair is perfect for both home and office.

Concept

With its gentle curves and slight angle back, the Eyes Lounge is a visual cue to sit back and stay a while. To relax in a hotel lobby, hold an informal meeting or work on your laptop in your living room.

The simple shape lends itself to the opportunity to customise. Including variants with wooden legs, a swivel base or a 4-leg tube.

Designers Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen see quality and comfort are inseparable. It wouldn’t be a long-lasting design to have one without the other.
