Product description

If you are looking for a particularly sculptural, yet compact table, you will be thrilled by the TRILOPE. It radiates calm with its striking presence, but at the same time surprises with a base appearing in movement. The shape of the tabletop may remind some of a plectrum which rock guitarists use to hit the strings hard.

This furniture composition by designer Wolfgang C.R. Mezger is available in versions in which the materials natural stone and wood enter into an exciting dialogue. If you prefer, you may as well choose the TRILOPE entirely in wood, which means with a solid wood top. Whether stone or wood top, in any case, it attracts attention. A strong statement in the room.

The legendary stone park offers 150 different types of natural stone from all over the world. The customer selects his slab and determines the cutout from which a unique DRAENERT piece of furniture is made.

TRILOPE is a dining table with a soft triangle shape or a round shaped top of natural stone or solid wood. The legs are of solid American walnut or oak in various finishes.

Concept

The form of the TRILOPE table top bases on the „Reuleaux-triangle“ (also known as „spherical triangle “ or „Reuleaux rotor“). The top view was rounded and honed in accordance with the rules of geometric art, so that the smooth appearance of the top invites to linger at the table. The top resembles the one of a round table, but with innovative optics and more presence and sophistication. The base consists of three distinctly pro led legs of solid wood which are connected tangentially. Therefore, they unite a fascinating look with highest stability.
