The DOMICO element roof is our “fastest” roof. A compact lightweight construction element that sets high standards. It meets all requirements for maximum prefabrication, quality assurance, short construction times, cost-effectiveness and thermal insulation at NEH level (EnEV). The DOMICO element roof consists of supporting profiles, cassettes, mineral thermal insulation and retaining profiles and is already produced in the factory with all the specified openings for each building. In addition, a vapour diffusion-open covering membrane not only protects during transport, but also makes the installation independent of the weather. Thanks to the specially developed under tensioning technology, spans of up to 30 m can be freely bridged. Should further connections or installations become necessary during construction, even these are possible without any impairment of the overall structure or the tightness.
