After the introduction of the Raleigh Sofa Collection, its designers began to wonder if it could be extended to other rooms. “Raleigh is all about celebrating wood,” says Bernett. “Can we celebrate that in the bedroom?” The Raleigh Bedroom Collection (2017) answers that with a resounding “Yes!” Like its sibling, it’s designed for today but with a bridge back to the past. The dressers show off expanses of wood uninterrupted by drawer hardware, while the bed sports turned legs and a distinctive wood frame that wraps around the back. The cushioned headboard is angled for classic good looks and, maybe most of all, comfortable lounging. “The result is warm and inviting,” says Bernett. “You can read in this bed. You can live in this bed. It’s not just for sleeping.” Made in Canada.
