Leonardo Sonnoli’s graphic language, transferred to De Castelli’s know-how, has inspired a system of surfaces etched by very accurate marks and inclined lines that can form an endless range of combinations, with many expressive allusions.
Yoko is a shabby black metal sheet module system with brushed copper or brass inserts that welcomes randomness as method to create unique and original compositions. Yoko combines graphic design and artisanship in a very classy visual outcome, inspired by modern and contemporary art movements. In particular, it alludes to The Fluxus Group and Yoko Ono - one of its most prominent members - to whom this collection is dedicated.
