A dining chair designed by Antti Kotilainen based on a Scandinavian design philosophy–only leave the necessary parts. AATOS stands for "an noble thought" in Finnish. This is a well balanced chair that is light and robust. Available in wooden or upholstered backrest, good for both public and home use, and stackable.

Concept

The name of the series AATOS stands for a noble idea in Finnish. A series of chairs that combine ergonomic design with CondeHouse’s wood crafting techniques.
“Only keep what is necessary'' is what Antti Kotlanien insists when designing AATOS. The design process started 4 years ago, Antti Kotlanien aimed to design a chair that is well balanced, comfortable, light and could be used in all kinds of scenarios. The structure of the chair was finalized after going through multiple tests and prototypes.
AATOS is made of Japanese Oak. It is light, robust and is recommended to be used in office, cafe, restaurant or public spaces. The chair is stackable and can be stacked up to 4.
