Eileen Gray created not only some of the most important furniture classics of the 20th century but also had her own studio where rugs were produced according to her designs. Some of her most beautiful patterns are part of the ClassiCon collection: highly durable, high-quality products produced with skilled craftsmanship. The textile artworks, woven with 80 knots per square inch (6.45 cm²) from 100% hand-spun New Zealand virgin wool, are easy to clean and suitable for allergy sufferers. Virgin wool is biodegradable and a renewable resource. The colour pigments are environmentally friendly and tested according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. Eileen Gray’s gouaches and pencil drawings from the 1920s served as the basis for this design. The La Lune Rug is another impressive design by Eileen Gray in the ClassiCon rug collection, which brings the artistic work of the outstanding designer - and studied artist - into focus.

Available in standard sizes 200 x 175 cm and 300 x 250 cm. Customized sizes upon request.
